Applications: MOLCIT® PP is widely used in oral pharmaceutical formulations as an anthelmintic and antiparasitic agent. 3 Solubility It is freely soluble in water; practically insoluble in ethanol (95%) and in ether.
4 Appearance of solution Solution S is clear and not more intensely coloured than reference solution BS8.
5 PH Between 5.0 to 6.0.
6 Related substances Specified test.
7 Heavy metals Not more than 20 ppm.
8 Water Not less than 10.0% and not more than 14.0%.
9 Sulfated ash Not more than 0.1%.
10 Assay Not less than 98.0% and not more than 101.0% on the anhydrous substance.

PACKAGING

MOLCIT®  PP is packed in HDPE bag or HDPE drum with double PE liners inside and is provided with a barcoded label and a tamper-evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. Preserved in an airtight container.
